Ordering & Pickup

At The Crumb Lab, we bake fresh, homemade cookies in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website. Simply select your cookies, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process.

Order Deadline

Orders can placed all week but the cut off for Monday/Tuesday shipping is at 11:59pm the Friday before.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you’re located on the in the zip code 29404 and surrounding Charleston, SC areas, and would like to pick up your order select local pick up at check out and we will reach out to you to make arrangements.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery ONLY for those who live in the 29404 zip code.

Shipping

Do you ship cookies?

Yes! We currently ship nationwide within the U.S.

When do you ship orders?

We ship cookies on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure freshness. Orders placed after the FRIDAY at 11:59pm shipping cutoff for nationwide shipping will be shipped the following week.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days after being shipped.

How are cookies packaged for shipping?

Our cookies are carefully packaged in heat-sealed bags to maintain freshness and then placed in a sturdy box to prevent breakage during transit.

Can I request a specific delivery date for shipped orders?

At this time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but we will do our best to get your cookies to you as quickly as possible.

Customization & Special Orders

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We can accommodate special flavors, bulk orders, and event requests. Please reach out to us in advance to discuss your custom cookie needs.

Can I order cookies for an event?

Absolutely! We love being part of special occasions. Contact us at least a week in advance for event orders.

Ingredients & Allergies

Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free cookies?

At this time, we do not have gluten-free or dairy-free options, but we are working on expanding our menu.

Do your cookies contain nuts?

Some of our flavors may contain nuts. Please check the product descriptions for allergen information, and if you have a severe allergy, please note that our kitchen is not nut-free.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of receiving them. For longer freshness, store them in an airtight container at room temperature or freeze them for later enjoyment.
